The hot tub was a fun treat, but the room felt way too cramped.

The staff was incredibly friendly and offered personalized assistance, making our stay memorable. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary daily transfers to the beach and the capital, Fira, which eased our exploration of the island.
We found the limited number of drinking water provided daily in the room to be an inconvenience, as we were charged for additional requests.

The poolside area offers stunning sunset views without any blocking obstacles, perfect for relaxing evenings. The design of the rooms creates a cozy, intimate atmosphere that contributes to a memorable stay.
The Honeymoon Double Room with Outdoor Jacuzzi is quite small at about 20 square meters, leaving little space for maneuvering luggage or moving comfortably around the room. the noise from the constantly running dehumidifier can be bothersome, detracting from an otherwise peaceful experience.

The pros, the cons, and everything between
The friendly and attentive staff made our stay memorable with personalized assistance. Outstanding breakfast served on our terrace while taking in stunning views was a highlight of our mornings.
Limited dining hours and shade availability at the pool were disappointing, making it uncomfortable during peak sunshine hours.

Strongly recommend for a transient visit
Immaculate room, exceptional service, with a wonderfully designed bathroom featuring a huge shower and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep each night.
Finding a nearby dining option required a bit of exploration, as some places were not readily visible without a short walk.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Waking up to a delicious breakfast served on the balcony while enjoying the stunning views was such a treat, and the heated pool was perfect for a relaxing dip. If I had to nitpick, I just wish the shuttle service was a tad more frequent, but overall, just soak in the experience! 😊

The Junior Suite was super spacious and clean with an amazing bed. Loved the in-room Nespresso machine for my morning coffee! The unfathomable caldera views from our balcony every evening were a huge bonus. The bathroom was designed beautifully too, and the shower was huge! Only downside was the distance from popular tourist spots, but it made for a peaceful stay. The breakfast options were custom-tailored and delivered right on time, which was fantastic!
